  • Up to 5 yes/no questions answered daily
  • You define questions related specifically to you
  • Once you've answered positively for 30 straight days, consider yourself improved

What is a kite?

A kite is an area of your life that you want to improve. A kite consists of at most 5 yes or no questions and as few as 1.

Question Creation Guidelines

  • Be specific to your situation
  • Make sure "Yes" is the correct answer
  • You want questions that help you measure improvements

Be Healthier (sample)

  1. Did I take the stairs at work?
  2. Did I stick to my meal plan?
  3. Did I meditate?
